When you sign up for service expect to be well taken care of! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot issue refunds for the service, but we will ensure your service is up to your standards.
Complaints – Our goal is total customer satisfaction! If our work is not satisfactory, or you think we did not service your yard, we do not give credits. However, we want to be fair. If needed, we will mow your yard again without additional charge. Your notification of unsatisfactory service must be received within 24-hours of the service. If you do not notify us within 24-hours of the service, we will consider the work satisfactory for the scheduled service.
